alors bière que c'est le goût malté qui est recherché = la faire vieillir c'est très bien. Mais une Bière que sont parfum et son arôme de houblon est recherché = la boire le plus tôt possible.

j'ai lu aussi qu'une bière de 90 IBU et plus, est bonne 6 mois à un an. sinon c'est 1 IBU par jour de perdu en intensité...
j'ai pris ça dans "Brewers-Apprentice-Insiders-Brewing-Masters " par Three Floyds Brewing.

c'est écris: Q. : "So where do you put aging limits?"
A. : "I'd go by IBU's. A day for every IBU, if it's bottles clean to begin with"

Q. : "Is there a theshold after that?"
A. : "i think anything over 90 IBU, you can give at least half a year or a year. And don't call it a drain-pour, just ' cause hops have mellowed a bit; it's still a good, clean, bitter, bright IPA. Look for the other nuances in the beer.
